Services are good, however, when I was charged twice at a gas station in error I reached out to my bank to have charge disputed. I went inside to fill out the necessary information to initiate a dispute and was told it would take a few days for processing. Went back to discuss another issue with my account that didn't turn out in my favor and just so happened to ask was the previous issue of my duplicate charge resolved (dispute) she told me "No, they didn't." Closed account on the spot and will never return.
