“I had such a wonderful experience. I live in Illinois and my grandmother's funeral is tomorrow. The owner and I talked for a while and she is the sweetest person. So understanding and helpful. She is in a small town and it was so nice to be able to talk. I'm also from a small town in Maryland and really reminds me of home with knowing that people know each other. It was so nice to have that small town love and support.”
