Nobody else will ever get my business as long as Pilgrim's is around. These guys are the most kind and honest people in the business. They have done it all for me, from oil changes to engine swaps. They stand by their work and never let me down. Highly recommended for sure. I honestly can't say enough good things about this business.

My family and I were in the first few hours of a cross country road trip and we had car issues early in the morning in July 2024. We were stuck in Thomson, GA and a local police officer recommended Pilgrim and Sons to me. We arrived shortly after they opened and two workers immediately began troubleshooting my vehicle. After some discussion, we decided to keep our vehicle there for maintenance. Pilgrim and Son's let my family and I (including our two kids and dog) set up camp inside the building and relax while they serviced our vehicle. We were kept up to date as things happened and we were on our way within 2-3 hours. I couldn't be more grateful for their open arms, hospitality, work ethic, and care for what they do and care for their customers. This is absolutely the auto shop you need to take your car to. I wish they were here in NC!

I got stranded on my way from Florida to see my son in FT Bragg before he deploys overseas. They towed me in and I was out of there in a couple hours with a new distributor. I’m finding a lot of dealerships won’t even work on a vehicle as old as mine, and if they will you'll wait weeks. I never would have expected to be back on the road so fast. I sincerely appreciate it.
P.S. I hope you enjoy the donuts I left on the table. I was going to eat one but I was out of there so fast I didn’t even have a chance.

Have used several times for my vehicles. They always have done an outstanding job and have never disappointed. Never have an issue with pricing cause these folks are upfront. I highly recommend!

Cannot say enough good things about Pilgrim's, we have taken our vehicles here for several services and have never been disappointed. Max at the front desk is always so helpful and patient with all of my questions. These guys go above and beyond for their customers!

A certain mechanic has told me thing after thing that is wrong with a car. Replaced things that didn't have to be replaced then it went to something else now it is something else. Misdiagnosed my car I can only tell them what it's doing so they jump to conclusions of the problem. Bet will have a bill for things they thought it was.

I was towed to Pilgrim & Sons after my wheel snapped off the axle about 5 miles from Thomson. Allen and Daniel could not have been kinder. Before I even called they were looking for parts and within the day I had a parts and labor estimate. Cam, too, in the office was just as sweet as can be. Thankful to have ended up in their care -- will go back if I am ever in the area!

Very fair pricing and incredibly quick turn around time. We thought we were going to have to leave the car over the weekend and they were done within 3 hours! Everything is working smooth too ?
