Opened an account today with ease. We were met at the door by an associate and immediately helped. Everyone was very kind and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it went.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!!!I quit using them. All of my personal information was stolen from them and lots of my money was stolen too. They know they have issues with scammers using their phone number to call people, and only send alerts to their main website.While I had this bank I would get several phone calls a day from the official SRP number, but it wasn’t SRP. It was a scammer saying my card had been hacked and the person had my EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER (obviously), ADDRESS, and MY CARD INFO. SRP got hacked and never once did I receive any sort of notification saying that this was happening. Now that I no longer use this bank, I no longer get calls, meaning they know I no longer have an account and are still in their system.When I went up to the Thomson branch and asked why they didn’t send me an email, a letter, a push notification or something else to let me know there was a large scam happening and to let me know that all of my information was stolen they pretty much just said “should’ve checked our website” and then said “yeah we have no idea how they keep stealing everyone’s info. It just keeps happening.” Closed my account and opened a new one at another bank the same day. I don’t trust SRP at all anymore.So if you want all of your personal information stolen, give this bank a try. It’ll be stolen as soon as you open an account.

This review is for the company as a whole. First upon setting up the account we had to jump through hoop after hoop due to at the time just moving to the area. And at the end of it all the back room lady looks at the front room woman who was setting up our account said " you know you could have just had him sign a statement and she could be added. That would be him saying she lives with him and is usable as proof of residence." So 3 hrs of back and forth from the bank could have been avoided. Then they said that deposits hit at midnight... well I get paid biweekly on Thursdays and every single time it's 9am before my check deposits into my account. Spoke to them and they said " it's when your company releases it. So I brought proof where my company send payroll on wensday... and the lady says " when we release it is when we release it sir". So you say somthing then blame it on something else.. then when caught lying say " it is what it is"...... sounds legit

Charmaine Finch was absolutely useless in helping me. She told me to come into the branch with identification documents, just to tell me that my PASSPORT couldn't be used in place of an I.D.. The poor lady looked like she didn't even know what a passport was. A federal identification document Charmaine, just so you know for the future

This review is focused towards whoever runs this particular branch. So they aren’t letting anyone inside the building and I want to know why that is. Other banks are doing social distancing and masks and making it work. So if masks and social distancing works, why can’t you let some people inside? I’m just confused on what the problem is. I took my banking business elsewhere and you should too. This is absolute absurdity at its finest. Paranoia has set in.

Poor service. Its during a tough time during a pandemic, but if there is not enough employees to conduct business transactions and you are told to come back and come back, then why even be open. On the other hand customer service was okay, they will cut you off even over talk you, which I recorded just needs a better setup during these difficult times to handle day to day business instead of just sending customers away. Wasn't even made aware I needed to make an appointment until my 3rd time coming to the Thomson Branch.. Try Bel air rd or Richmond county, they have more people to help.

The branch manager is completely rude and took up no time when I was trying to explain my issue because he was in a rush to leave. Absolutely no help at all and my own bake wouldn’t cash a check or make some of the funds available. When I threatened to take my account elsewhere he acted like he didn’t care at all. What a sorry manager of a financial intuition.

Branch manager is extremely helpful and customer focused. You could not find a better managed branch not friendlier, courteous staff. Let them help you with your financial needs!!

I love their customer services; very welcoming. The only thing I'm confused on is why you can't deposit at the ATM? This may be able to happen at other branches, but the one in Thomson GA you can't. Somethimes I don't want to go to the window or wait til it opens.
