Service department is still terrible. Gave them a try because Milton Ruben has a ton of construction going on. Dropped off for an oil change and recall service in the "express lane" almost four hours later it was done. The recall was just a software update. They called to let me know it was ready never mentioned a balance due. I called when I was 15 minutes out to ask if they could leave the keys at the sales desk since I hit traffic coming back. First time they mention a balance due. I asked if I could pay the balance over the phone or online they said no it had to be in person and that the cashier leaves at 6. Came to pick it up at 8 am cashier was super rude. After I got back in the truck realized she hadn't given me any of the paperwork from the inspection and they didn't clear the recall in the system. Take your vehicle elsewhere!!

They received my car on April 10th, 2023. Misplaced the entire car and didn't even know it was there til I called back on April 17th, 2023. I was told on May 15th, 2023 that the service was approved by my adjuster, was scheduled for service, and would be ready in two weeks. Never heard back. Called today, May 31st, 2023, and they are still saying the same thing with no progress. They don't return your calls. No one ever knows what's going on. And they have zero empathy regarding the customer. I have had nothing but a nightmare experience with this shop and they still have my car!

2 Stars because they are friendly, no stars for quality of service.I brought in my 2019 Ram 1500 for an exhaust leak. The mid-pipe connects to the muffler with 2 bolts that clamp the gasket and the 2 pieces together. Remember that, literally just 2 bolts. One bolt had rusted clean through, and I knew I would not be able to get it out myself so I called Thomson CDJR. The service advisor stated to "Come in and we will throw it on a lift to see what needs to be done"I rearrange my entire week to get there one morning before work and the first thing I am greeted with is a $100 "diagnostic charge." 1) I already know what is wrong and 2) The service advisor said nothing of this on the phone. As my ride was idling in the parking lot, I begrudgingly handed over my keys. About 2 hours later I get a call stating that it will cost over $500 to fix! I ask why so much, and they quote 2 hours of labor at $225 an hour (Yikes!) and then about $75 in parts and "supplies." They know I am captive now and I can either say no and get my leaky truck back or say yet to their extortion. I regretfully accept their terms hoping the repair would be a good on...WRONG! I get the truck back and they drilled out the rusted bolt and the mounting holes/threads on both exhaust parts and threw in some harbor freight bolt to hold it all together. This took, at an absolute max, 30 minutes to do. What they billed and what they did are not the same thing. To add insult to this I asked them to check on a water leak and they recommended repair in the thousands to replace a completely unrelated part. In summary, their billing is a scam, the quality of service is poor, and their diagnostic ability is nonexistent. Bring your vehicle elsewhere.

I made an appointment for my RAM 1500 and upon arrival I asked how before the truck was diagnosed, she told 3-4 days. Well since I was there let's get the oil change. I received a text 5 hours later that it would $455. I then called the service director and asked how they got to$455. He then reduced it to $363. Also they didn't reset the oil percentage on the dash btw won't reset !

Purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram from them less then 6 months ago. About a month or so after having it it started to not start with out not having to be jumped off. I made a appointment with service to have it checked out. I then found out that there was a service center minutes from me so I cancelled and rescheduled for the Dodge near me instead of going to over 100 miles to other location. Keep in mind while waiting for my appointment because they was really booked so I had to wait a couple of weeks before I could get in. I had to have my vehicle jumped at least 15 to 18 times. I was stranded 4 of them times. I used Chrysler's roadside assistance 3 times and my insurance roadside assistance once. The other times complete strangers helped me. Last Friday I went to dealership near me and they could not find anything, because some times it starts and some times it don't start without a jump. Yesterday when I got stranded again while out and had someone give me a jump. The next morning it didn't start but I got a jump and took it to Thomson and turned it off and it started with no problem I was like wow! (it starts when it wants to start) I showed him the video of what lights come on when it doesn't start. About 20 minutes or so after me being there he came back to me and said that it would not start so they are going to run test. This vehicle is still under factory warranty and I am paying for a extended warranty. They told me that I had to have a down payment of at least $7000 to put down on another vehicle. The service guy said sometimes there is always a bad apple in the bunch and it looks like you have the bad apple. My anxiety is through the roof and I don't know what to do. I got home and turned it off and turned it back on and it started. I went out about a hour later and it didn't start. This is terrible. I have never been treated like this before as a consumer.

Helpful, will try to make the customer happy as far as a purchase goes. I’ve purchased one vehicle from this dealership and my sales person was great. Sadly when attempting to negotiate another purchase with a trade his hands were tied.

Service part of the dealership is piss poor. Customer service is not great by any means. Management could be better. Doug was nice and helpful. But I will not be a returning customer. I’ll just have to make the trip to Augusta or else where.

Stay away! I took my truck in for service that was covered under warranty and the bill has gone from $1200 to $1400 to $4000 back to $1800 now it's at $2700 - and IT IS UNDER WARRANTY. The itemized bill says "Customer states.." SEVERAL things and the only thing I "stated" was, "the axle is broken." Thank goodness it is all on text messages! We are forced to file complaints with BBB, Georgia Bureau of Automotive Repair and forced to hire a lawyer. Stay away from this place! I am going to warn as many people as I can via social media and our local News Channel is working with us to expose this HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Please, heed my advice and stay away from these people!

Service department and upper management crooks and thrives. Highway robbery, carry your vehicle in for warranty work if you don't believe me.I have the proof to back it up but now I have to go thru a lengthy legal process to recover a $2000 theft by deception. Sales are low so they trying make up in doing non-requested service. It's worth the ride to Augusta!
