“I highly recommend them! i was in a huge bind as we were getting ready to travel out of state for the holidays. DEF had a service light come on and was going into limp mode. i called two local RAM dealer and both would not take it for 4 weeks, not to mentioned one of them does not have a diesel mechanic. this is an issue i have been dealing with for 2 years and three different dealers attempt to fix it. I gave B&N a call. explained the situation and they got me right in and repaired so we could make our trip. Additionally, they were about $500 cheaper than what Milton Ruben quoted. Lets just say i found my mechanic for things that are not covered under warranty. after driving 1400 mile no issues. Thank you B&N for the great experience!”

“Mr. Bobby was very kind! He was extremely professional and had exceptional customer service. I really like that when we declined additional services, it was respected - no haggle/pressure. Overall, I would definitely recommend this shop.”
