They take their time to walk customers through upgrades, help get the best value, and assist with warranty claims. The store, management, and representatives are highly recommended, with many noting they went above and beyond. Ben at the Thomson store helped me with problems we were having getting some new phones activated. He really went beyond what was expected, even working from home after he was off work! Go to Thomson they have the best staff!
