Visited the Verizon Friday July 1st with my Mom who needed to update her flip phone to a smart phone. Ben at the Thomson store helped me with problems we were having getting some new phones activated. He really went beyond what was expected, even working from home after he was off work! Go to Thomson they have the best staff!
