I go to Walgreens in Thomson GA, specifically to print photos! I am from out of state visiting family, but, I print my pictures before I leave town. I get the BEST service, help with everything from start to finish. Jayla E. is extra special help each time and one time I went back the next day because she was working and I knew she would help me find photos through messenger. Ashley A. is also very helpful. This Walgreens has the best friendly, helpful service! Thanks for a job well done!

Got a U card that I can use at wallgreens it want let me. You can't argue with stupid either. This company spend a tremendous amounts on corner lots and their places is about 40-60 mark up buy one get one free when the first one is 70% higher than most places. People can spend high dollar money in a high price store that guaugaes the customers

sorriest pharmacy in the whole area. over two days checking my prescriptions i have been put on hold for twenty five minutes. after that their phone ends the call. this has happened six times in these two days of trying. after this i may switch to another pharmacy and encourage others to do the same if they cannot improve cusomer service.

In general they do a good job. However, just called the pharmacy and was given blatantly incorrect information about a drug, even though I asked the tech answering the phone to corroborate the information. I was told that the brand name drug had been discontinued which was not true. It is a drug manufactured by Pfizer. I was told Walgreens could not order it. Also not true, as I called another Walgreens and Walgreens can order it. I was told they couldn't tell me the cost. Also untrue. The other Walgreens was able to give me the cash price without a problem. Why are people at this store allowed to convey misinformation to this degree?

Used the online refill. Went to pickup and sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. Arrived at 5:25 got to the window at 6:08 only to have the clerk pull the shade down. There were at least 2 other customers behind me. She never acknowledged me even though she walked by the window several times. Poor customer service is an understatement.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have had to wait as long as 6 days for a new prescription that my doctor faxed. And when it was time for it to be refilled, Walgreens policy will not let you refill until you are on the last dose of your medication. I have been placed on hold and forgotten about or disconnected. Absolutely terrible every time I have to deal with them.
