I had a great experience selecting and purchasing carpeting from the Culver Rug Company. (March, 2022) They were low key, professional and knowledgeable. A large discount retailer was recommended but I do not know enough too question what service can be found in those places. I appreciate the "home town" feel. Compliments also on the quality of the installation. They were on time, careful and finished when I was told they would be. Water damage was found and we were shown the area for photos. They represent superior brands, have a good selection and are ALWAYS focused on providing top quality service to their customers. Excellent rug cleaning service and awesome Customer Service!! We’ve had several rugs cleaned at CULVERS - not only were they thoroughly cleaned; we also received tips for ongoing care/maintenance.This is definitely the place to take your rug.
