“I lived in Tifton for one year and half of that year was the Covid year. I was very happy with Garvey & Garvey during the year. The 2 ladies in the management office were very nice and professional. My apartment was nice, and my neighbors enjoyed living there on 12th street.I give them 5 stars and they were good Landlords.”

“I enjoy living here. It's quiet, and $525 for a one bed, one bath is not terrible for a college student. A lot of the apartments at Sunnyside are updated and renovated. These apartments are close in proximity to ABAC, Harveys grocery store, and Neighborhood Wal-mart. Perfect for a college student, AND they allow pets.”
