“We got a few appliances from Aaron’s about 2 months ago. The refrigerator starting acting up a couple weeks ago. We contacted Aaron’s and they sent someone to look at it as soon as it was convenient for me. And then replaced the refrigerator with no issue. They were here right when they said they would be even though I live pretty far out in the country. The 2 guys they sent to replace it were professional and polite not to mention quick and made it look easy to replace. And were very careful working around in my small house. I couldn’t ask for better attitudes or customer service. Thank you guys”

“We were treated very well which was a refreshing surprise bc a lot of places have lost the art of customer service. They were helpful with getting approved for financing, for those of us who can be technically challenged. The process was clear and easy. And my mattress was delivered on Monday, after we had been there on Saturday!”
