The associate or Manager Very helpful he knows what to do, he answer all my question and solve my problem. He is very friendly and polite for me, he is perfect to deal with the customer which is very important to us the service. Double charged,and for lack of employees, closed between noon and 3pm on the Friday starting Labor Day weekend. Poor proformance with the blame squarely on the shoulders of management. Bad culture here.

I've been with at&t for 2 years. Best prices and great service! I havent been to an area yet where my service has dropped. I have 2 devices and my service is still cheaper than Verizon!!

After finding out that they did an up charge on my new phone for insurance I'm not so happy about it I never discussed insurance And I did not want insurance but the young guy I guess decided to take vantage of the older woman and add another $18 onto the bill of course this was added after I had already left the store and it just showed up on the bill ? I guess they get commission so the more they charge the more money they make ??

This office in Tifton is a joke. I went in to get help with my phone because of problems with my service and they didn’t even try to fix it. They just kept recommending a $250 booster which you have to have Wi-Fi for but don’t tell me that and I don’t have Wi-Fi. They never even checked the SIM card or anything. I went to Moultrie att and got it fixed same day. I won’t be going back to this store.

I’ve had a device with at&t for years with a number that don’t work have called and constantly asked how to resolve the issue never got a decent response so I’ve been almost a year without a phone well I went into the same at&t store and got a new phone and had the same issue but went in and the big Manager “Chad” was there and he was AWESOME. He fixed my phone within seconds of me being there he deserve to be recognized for this and many more awesome things he’s done for me and my messed up devices since I’ve had service with them .
