They explained everything to me and answered all the questions I had. They also took me to enterprise and drove me to Nissan when I was trying to figure out my rental car situation. Super nice and I would recommend them to anyone just based off of customer service alone! I’ll be back to give another review when they are finished with my car :)”

“Newtons was very helpful with the damage to my truck. They were very professional, accurate with the quote, and understanding with my aggravating insurance company (state farm). It was fixed the right way. They removed the bed and replaced the entire side panel. It was completed in a week and a half, not a month or more like other shops. Also, they actually seemed happy for me to be a customer.”

I’m happy to drive over 3 hours to utilize this service department as I know I will be met with nothing but honest and hard working members of a solid team. I can’t speak on the sales however, if a member of the service gave me their word, I wouldn’t question it. As a female it’s quite difficult to know who you can and can’t trust when it comes to the car world so I highly recommend saving your time, and money by taking your business; to this business! They treat complete strangers like life long friends or family. That kind of service you can’t put a price tag on and thankfully, they don’t either!”

“On 3/23/24 at about 6pm heading back to Indy from Orlando, my Dodge went bonkers on I75. Was able to limp it to this store and asked the guy behind the counter to check the codes for the flashing check engine. He quickly was able to diagnose the malfunction and not only was able to quickly sell me the right parts, but loaned me every tool I needed to quickly get back upon the road. What I was certain would cost me a layover in town and hundreds of dollars to repair cost me only about 60 bucks and I was up and running in no time. These guys were perfect examples of what customer service should look like everywhere!!!!”

“Huge shout out of appreciation to the night crew working on Sunday June 2nd at like 7:45 pm. They were so helpful! I travel for work and I thought I had a bad spark plug so I pulled up at the store and not only did they make sure I was OK, but they got in touch with a mobile mechanic to come out and help me! They even stayed just to make sure I’d be able to leave safely. Thank you so much! It’s rare to find customer service like that these days! “We had a transmission code light come on on our way to Seattle Wa late in the day. We didn't have time to fool around waiting. Jeorge in service had Javier the transmission tech look at it, and said he could have us up and running by 11:00 am the next morning. By God they had us up and running by 10:30 am, and told us it was warranty work. Great work guys, and we won't hesitate to bring our truck to you again.”

“It's the first time in Tifton I've had a pleasant experience having my oil changed. I drive a Fiat 500 standard transmission under the hood is quite small. In the past I've heard cussing throwing of tools and general disrespect for my car.
Well they had some difficulty they were pleasant careful and considerate.
