Brian Murray took me under his wing and made me feel safe. When I found out that my car would need a new engine, he got me a loaner car so that I could get back home. Not only that, he found a brand new engine, which was installed in my car! You wouldn’t believe it, but I love my little car! I am *so* happy that I happened to end up at Tenneson Nissan.”

“The exceptional characteristics of the service department puts this establishment second to none. I’m happy to drive over 3 hours to utilize this service department as I know I will be met with nothing but honest and hard working members of a solid team. I can’t speak on the sales however, if a member of the service gave me their word, I wouldn’t question it. As a female it’s quite difficult to know who you can and can’t trust when it comes to the car world so I highly recommend saving your time, and money by taking your business; to this business! I spoke with tech Chase Hill personally and I was consistently reassured and provided copious amounts of valuable information saving me a lot of headaches in the future. I can’t stress enough how thankful I am for a good, honest department that truly does go above and beyond or their customers. The humble responses he gave regarding his fellow employees and leadership made it all the more pleasant. Feels good to be back behind the wheel again and thankful to have a safe and reliable truck again. My 7 year old got upset our “new friends” didn’t get invited to Asahi with the grandparents. I think she hit the nail on the head because they take care of you far more than any generic establishment would. To sum it up, this business doesn’t treat you like a number, money pit, or ATM. They treat complete strangers like life long friends or family. That kind of service you can’t put a price tag on and thankfully, they don’t either!”

“After our Motorhome DEF Valve and Sensor put us in D-rate, we had it towed to Rush Truck Center. Jason Cross the service writer was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and worked to get us back on the road. Greg the tech was competent, patient and able to re-set our computer and get us moving again. Also Jeff the QC/Service manager made sure our beautiful Coach was well cared for. We cannot say enough about this firm. Hope you do not breakdown, but if you do you are in good hands.”

“We had a flat tire on our boat trailer on I-75, just south of the Tifton Walmart exit--on Sunday, 7/10/23, 6:15 p.m. The Auto Care Center was closing at 7 p.m. and didn't have the tires we needed. However, Jeff & Jacob stayed and did everything they could to help my husband, calling local places for a tire and finding a tow company we could use. We found tires, got home the next day, but they made a frustrating situation better. They went above and beyond! Thank you Jeff & Jacob!”

“Had a small repair job when someone backed into us. Tenneson Collision was the top recommended body shop from our insurance agent and now we know why. They were ready for us when we arrived and did great work. When I picked up our car, it had also been washed and the interior was cleaned, which was an added touch. Hopefully we won't need to visit again anytime soon, but we will recommend these folks for sure!”
