“Oscar is an angel walking on Earth. After our second tire blowout on our travel trailer, driving from Helen to Tampa, we found ourselves stuck on the exit ramp of I-75 on a Sunday. Thankfully Lencho's & Sons came up in Google Maps as open 24 hours. Oscar was quick to answer and coordinate. He was only supposed to change the one tire (because he only had 1 at the shop) but stopped on his way to us and found 5 brand new tires. He came and replaced the bad tire with a spare (ours had blown out) then we went to his shop where he installed brand new tires all around. We didn’t want to risk a 3rd blow out! Oscar went out of his way to get us home safe. Friendly, communicative, helpful and honest. His pricing was very reasonable and he is very knowledgeable. We are blessed to have found him.”

“These people are the best. I had a guest in our office (an elderly couple in their late 80's) who had a flat in our parking lot. I tried to air up their tire with my portable compressor only to see there was a faster leak from the nail in the tire than the air going in. I called Tifton General Tire and even though they didn't have the service truck, they sent someone over and fixed the tire for this couple who live in a neighboring town.
Y'all are a blessing. You should get your tires from these people.”

I was 1.5 hours from my home when my truck overheated late in the day around 4:30 pm. I called Tim Dinkins and left a message and Tim called me right back. I arranged a tow to his shop and got a rental to get home.
The next morning, Tim called me at 7:00 am and said I needed a new radiator, mine was busted. When I asked when he could get me back on the road, I was expecting to hear at least a week. Tim said he’d have it done sometime after lunch! So I went back down to Tifton and picked up my truck around 2:30.
Great price for the repair and super friendly, honest service.
I will definitely be thinking about using Tim again even if Tim’s an hour and a half away.
I trust him. I can’t say that about many mechanics and shops. HE EARNED IT. And I am telling my friends…”

“The exceptional characteristics of the service department puts this establishment second to none. I’m happy to drive over 3 hours to utilize this service department as I know I will be met with nothing but honest and hard working members of a solid team. I can’t speak on the sales however, if a member of the service gave me their word, I wouldn’t question it. As a female it’s quite difficult to know who you can and can’t trust when it comes to the car world so I highly recommend saving your time, and money by taking your business; to this business! I spoke with tech Chase Hill personally and I was consistently reassured and provided copious amounts of valuable information saving me a lot of headaches in the future. I can’t stress enough how thankful I am for a good, honest department that truly does go above and beyond or their customers. The humble responses he gave regarding his fellow employees and leadership made it all the more pleasant. Feels good to be back behind the wheel again and thankful to have a safe and reliable truck again. My 7 year old got upset our “new friends” didn’t get invited to Asahi with the grandparents. I think she hit the nail on the head because they take care of you far more than any generic establishment would. To sum it up, this business doesn’t treat you like a number, money pit, or ATM. They treat complete strangers like life long friends or family. That kind of service you can’t put a price tag on and thankfully, they don’t either!”

“Was coming home last night on I75 about 20 miles from Tifton. Hit an object in the road. Pulled over to see nothing leaking BUT my engine guard was bent and twisted. I managed to get my 2025 CRV Hybrid to the Tifton exit. My wife and I got a room for the night hoping the Honda dealership in Tifton could get us back on the road to finish our 4 hour trip home. I arrived at about the time they open and spoke to the service manager. Not only was he helpful and respectful he had me in the shop and back on the road within 15 mins. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! While I do not live in the Tifton area my experience with the service manager and shop this morning I can assure you I would be buying my next Honda at Prince Honda of Tifton. THANKS GUYS from Talladega Alabama !!”
“My dad took a 7.3L diesel in that cranked but didn't start. Me and my dad fiddled with it, threw a couple parts at it but didn't get anywhere. The owner had to get his buddy to look at it but all in all he got it running. Keep in mind Shivers Diesel had the truck for months before that and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Ended up being the Injector Drive Module (IDM)! Well rounded heavy mechanic shop willing to do whatever it takes to get you back on the road! Conveniently located rite off the interstate and has a gas station next door.”
“I ordered 2 lawnmower tires online. When they came in, I went around to Rudy's bc of past experience with him. He's always friendly and gives you a better deal than other local tire centers. They unloaded the tires from the back of my truck and had both tires installed within 10 minutes. I saw one review claiming Rudy was trying to charge him $60 for a valve stem. But the picture of the receipt says $6.00. $60 for a valve stem? Get real.”
