We were treated very well which was a refreshing surprise bc a lot of places have lost the art of customer service. They were helpful with getting approved for financing, for those of us who can be technically challenged. The process was clear and easy. And my mattress was delivered on Monday, after we had been there on Saturday!

Sales lady Pita was amazing and sweet. She asked me what I was looking as I was checking out their refrigerator section. Soon as she listened closely to my needs, she suggested a brand new fridge in the back that someone had for one day and returned. Bought it immediately for half the cost of those on their floor and it’s like brand new. The financing process was the simplest and fastest I’ve ever been exposed to. I’d recommend the Badcock store in Tifton, GA to anyone looking for excellent and fast and knowledgeable customer service.

They Sold me defected furniture, and damaged my bed frame upon the last repair. I called to inform them that the repairman didn’t fix my issue. They then stated that my warranty expired. The dresser I purchased, alongside my defected bed frame, is falling apart as well. This place takes advantage of its customers, and does faulty business with their middle aged, an elderly customers. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years but I’m washing my hands with this place.

The staff was amazing, would buy from them again. No pushy sales people following you around, no hassle buying, what you see in the store is reasonably priced, and it has been locally owned and operated! Definitely would recommend for your furniture and mattress needs.
