Made an appointment online to have our 5 year olds ears pierced. Get all the way here (54 min drive BTW) and it’s closed. Sign says open until 6 and our appointment was at 4. No wonder it says they’re going out of business!

I went to this Claire's today and they had a sale buy 3 get 3 free on everything. I went to pay and the total rang up full price. The cashier was saying just the candy was buy 3 get 3 free but she even pointed to a sign that said it was for everything in the store. She seemed like she didn't know I actually had 6 items. I'm pretty sure I was at the register for 20 minutes with a bunch of other customers waiting while she called her manager to figure out how to do the promotion and for her to type in the barcodes for me to also get my monthly free earrings.

I made an appointment at 4pm for getting my child’s ears pierced. I arrived at 10 minutes before the appointment and the doors were locked and no one was around. I called the phone just to see if they stepped to the back or to the bathroom. Rang and rang. I decided at 4 to call the customer service number because I had an appointment and the ladies working at Maurice’s let me know she had just left for lunch right before I got there. Kenya at customer service was very nice and called a manager to try to see why the lady went to lunch while there was an appointment. He said he’d call back when they got ahold to her. At 4:15 I walk to another store while I’m waiting to kill time. I never got a call back but walk out by the Clair’s to see if she came back. The door was open about a foot but no one was in sight. My child asked why no one was there yet and I responded with I don’t know, I don’t understand we had an appointment. The lady popped up from ducking behind the counter saying her manager said to come back and wait ten minutes then take your break. She was very rude and had a very poor attitude. I told her don’t worry about us take you break and left. I was not fixing to let someone mess with my kid when they’re mad. That’s just a recipe for disaster. I tried to call Kenya back and got another person who was no where near as nice or helpful. I know customer service is not what it used to be but this was a horrible experience and I won’t waste my time with Clair’s in Tifton again!!!
