If I could give zero stars, I would. HORRIBLE agency!!!! I asked them THREE times to set up auto draft. I’ve received 2 termination papers in the mail in the last 3 months. Once three months ago, once aug 15. The first time, I was reassured by Julie it would never happen again and that it was definitely on auto draft…she even read back the last 4 of my debit card they already HAD on file from the previous time I had called. I was told “they weren’t sure” what happened but they would take care of any letter from DDS regarding a suspension of my registration. They also made it look like there had been no interruption in my coverage, since it was no fault of my own. It auto drafted one month after that—for June—then when I got billing statements in the mail saying I owed Xxx amount, I realized it hadn’t drafted for July. My insurance was terminated AGAIN aug 15 and today I STILL got no answer as to what happened. I’ve never had to babysit a company so much in my life, and will be contacting BBB. I’ve also switched to Progressive. DO NOT use them.
