Not sure why all of these people are giving fake good reviews. However, I can assure you the store manager and the one staff member I just dealt with were very rude. They had attitudes, as if I was a nuisance. All I went there for was to use the MoneyGram service and when I tried to get some help, the store employee acted like she didn’t want to help me and she was very rude to me. Then the store manager acted almost the same exact way. Do not go to this or any other CVS for that matter unless you want bad service!

Had to get some meds for my son yesterday & something was up with his insurance but I still went ahead & got them. The girl that was checking me out helped me with a coupon & got it about 1/2 price than it was supposed to be for the meds. Awesome to have good employees like that that help costumers save $! Happen around 10:15 in the morning yesterday.

If you go to the store on 8th st you have top notch employees and pharmacist. If you go to the store on 20th st the Indian pharmacist is causing good workers to leave with her attitude and causing customers to use other locations and pharmacies. Her attitude and customer service caused my entire family to move and use after Jody left and a few others but I guess this is what CVS wants running it.

Rude and unprofessional Pharmacy Manager. Leadership is supposed to exemplify proper customer service and care. Manager had zero phone etiquette- I'm sure CVS does not train staff to hang up phone on a patron- especially dealing with important medications. I am very appalled and will no longer do business with any CVS again.

My son has bronchitis and needs his steroid meds. When I picked up his other meds I was missing his steroid. I was not informed I had to wait for it to come in. I asked today where was it she said very rudely. We had to order it and it will be in today. I asked for a time, again very rudely the women said when you get a text or call. Very very rude service. Get your things filled at Walmart they are done in 10-20 minutes flat.

They do not refill my prescriptions on time. I always run out for a week before they finally refill them (they are on auto refill). I got sick and got tested for COVID in their drive thru and it took 14 days to get results!
