Was traveling on Interstate 75 and having problems with my phone. Did a quick google search for Verizon and this store popped up. There was a man working in the store named Leslie. He was amazing! He made a few changes on my phone to get me back up and running. If I lived in this town.I would definitely come to this store. Since I can't, I thought I would leave a review to let you know, this is the store to go to!

So so helpful. I actually drive from Douglas to Tifton to do business. The Douglas store sold me a phone, but there was ZERO service after the sell. They turned me away twice. I went to Tifton and they were extremely helpful and got the job done.

This has been the worst experience ever I have faced. Verizon is really one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my life. There's a representative named Chris who ruined my entire plan and transfered our information to Verizon without even seeing that our phones were locked to T-Mobile. Not only that, Verizon scammed our account and caused us to lose 200 dollars because we paid twice in the same month and they refused to give me a refund or put it into the next month. If I could give 0 stars, I really would. This is not a phone company you should stay with long-term and if you do, try your best to make as little changes and little mistakes with your account as possible. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience working with Hannah. She was polite, great customer service, patient & knowledgeable. When calling technical support, she took the opportunity to acknowledge the helpfulness and kindness of the technician on the line. I am thankful for her ability to help me with an issue with my phone as I was passing through from out-of-town.
