Was a 1st time cargo trailer buyer. Had so many questions about what features and options would be needed to best suit my requirements. Caryl was always quick to give me the information and specs that helped me to finally place an order. I must confess, that I was constantly asking her about different features to the point that I was afraid she would start to think I was just messing around, but she was always pleasant and patient. I did comparisons with other companies and did research online, as well.
Once the order was turned in and we paid our deposit, the build out was right on time. They even worked with us to change the pick up date twice, upon our request. We really enjoyed meeting the Direct Connect Cargo family that brought the trailer to the lot.
Upon inspection, the trailer proved to be as ordered. The best testimony to our satisfaction is that just about a month after bringing home our first trailer, we purchased another one. Again on time and as ordered.
Thanks, Caryl and everyone at Direct Connect Cargo. Our trailers are making our home rennovations much easier!

I researched cargo trailers for over four months. I called, emailed and left voice messages for every cargo trailer dealer I could find. The ONLY one that responded and actually seemed to care was Jay at Direct Connect Cargo. I couldn't believe the attitude some of the other dealers had when I actually was able to talk to them. If you're reading this, you know what I'm talking about. To this day, Jay has never taken more than a day to respond to me. I had a lot of questions and changed my mind on certain items as we put the trailer package together. If he didn't know the answer, he would talk to the manufacturer, get the answer and contact me the next day. I went to GA to pick up the trailer and was blown away with the craftmanship and finish of my 7x12 cargo trailer. I had finally bought something that was better than advertised. Trust Jay @ Direct Connect Cargo and you won't regret it.

Spoke with Alex via Facebook. Super Easy to deal with. Prices are more than fair, quality of the trailer was outstanding . He got me teamed up with his delivery people and they had the trailer delivered to my door within days. I am very pleased with the whole process and will refer everyone to them. I had a broken lock on the door latch, Alex even overnighted me the part the same day! Excellent customer service .

The Kids Can Fish Foundation needed a trailer for fishing camps and clinics and we couldn’t be happier with Direct Connect Cargo.
