Purchased a 7X16 Blackout trailer from Direct Connect last week. Jair was fantastic to work with and took care of all details prior to my 7 hour drive to pick up. Well worth the drive as trailer was exactly as promised and exactly as I had hoped. I highly recommend purchasing from Jair if you are in the market for an enclosed cargo trailer!!!

Really great folks to deal with. I am very pleased with my 6'x12' trailer with upgrades for motorcycle. Mine will see only occasional use, so I cannot comment regarding long-term reliability. But I was very pleased with the price. My trailer was (with upgrades) was ready within a few weeks. And they are VERY pleasant and responsive to work with. Ms Caryl and Christian are wonderful.

Don't let the no frills, sharing a building with a tire shop, storefront scare you. I called Alex several times with questions and he answered all of them politely and professionally. Searched for a cargo trailer for weeks on the used market and found a nice Direct Connect Cargo brand but the guy wanted too much for it. I waited till I was driving through Georgia and stopped by to see what they had. I was in and out in no time with a brand new trailer at a great price. I wish everything was so simple in life! Alex is a stand up guy and when there was a small problem with a light on the trailer he took care of it. Look forward to doing business with Alex again.

My experience was good. Drove about 5 hours to get there.Trailer seems good. Bought a 7x12. We are putting it to work. Will update if its riddled with quality problems. Otherwise no issues to report. 5/4/23

Just recently purchased a 7x16 Blackout cargo trailer. Jair was really great to deal with. The trailer itself looks sharp but the interior craftsmanship is lacking.I guess mine was built on a Monday or a Friday. Just hope it holds up structurally.

Alex (Direct Connect Cargo trailers) was very professional, answering all of my various "trailer" questions in detail. I made several changes, and the quotes were adjusted accordingly and sent quickly. There was a tight time frame for building my custom trailer. It went as planned, and I was able to pick it up on the way home from a southern vacation.I have a critical eye for detail and was very happy with the quality of the finished trailer.I highly recommend Alex as a trustworthy person to do business with.

Purchased a 6x12 through Alex. Could not have been a better experience. I live in central Fl. and made the 200 mile drive to pick it up. Their location is 1/2 mile from I 75 so very convenient. Alex is a great guy. Honest, considerate and was a pleasure to meet and work with. Very pleased with the trailer. High country does a great job. I had some options installed and the attention to detail is great. Would recommend Direct Connect and Alex very strongly. Would definitely purchase again. Thanks again Alex.
