If there is something they sell but they don’t have it in store just show it to them from the website and they can order everything even at the discounted price. Shipping takes 1-3 days and boom you got the outfit or shoes you really wanted. The manager is a sneaker head so she is super helpful with shoe drops. This is my favorite Hibbett’s store. The one in the mall has more urban clothing. The one by big lots is more tailored to sports clothes.

The sales associate was really great. He’s helped us before with purchases. This is why we go to this particular store. The other store in our town has terrible service and they’re extremely rude. They walk around on their phones pretending to work and you have to go to them and ask for assistance.

Clothing was a bit expensive, but there wasn't a large selection. The salesperson was very helpful with suggestions and discount information, I really appreciate a her help

The employees did not greet me or acknowledge my presence at all. They were very pleasant to the customers who were at the register. When those customers left, they carried on a conversation and did not speak to me.
