The exceptional characteristics of the service department puts this establishment second to none. I’m happy to drive over 3 hours to utilize this service department as I know I will be met with nothing but honest and hard working members of a solid team. I can’t speak on the sales however, if a member of the service gave me their word, I wouldn’t question it. As a female it’s quite difficult to know who you can and can’t trust when it comes to the car world so I highly recommend saving your time, and money by taking your business; to this business! I spoke with tech Chase Hill personally and I was consistently reassured and provided copious amounts of valuable information saving me a lot of headaches in the future. I can’t stress enough how thankful I am for a good, honest department that truly does go above and beyond or their customers. The humble responses he gave regarding his fellow employees and leadership made it all the more pleasant. Feels good to be back behind the wheel again and thankful to have a safe and reliable truck again. My 7 year old got upset our “new friends” didn’t get invited to Asahi with the grandparents. I think she hit the nail on the head because they take care of you far more than any generic establishment would. To sum it up, this business doesn’t treat you like a number, money pit, or ATM. They treat complete strangers like life long friends or family. That kind of service you can’t put a price tag on and thankfully, they don’t either!

The guys in the service department are always kind, helpful, and quick. Not to mention accommodating for scheduling. They assist with every need, even allowing me to borrow a phone charger while my car was being worked on. I will not go anywhere else!! Highly recommend!

Nice service, very attentive overall, kudos for the service department crew.The mechanic took longer for the diagnostic besides an UNEXPECTED Diagnostic Fee of aprapproximately $158, ... first time I got such a charge as a loyal Buick customer for decades..but.. at the end they found what the issue was and we scheduled a repair.I will given them a second chance, for you guys that are reading this review.. just be aware of the Diagnostic Fees.Will see the next review... stay tunned ;)

I made appointment three weeks prior, telling you what I needed: to replace a fog light bulb and a new battery. You made me sit 1 hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time only to come in and tell me my fog light bulb was broken and needed to be replaced. REALLY? I told you that when making the appointment. Then you confirmed I needed a new battery, but informed me you didn't have one. SERIOUSLY? I made the appointment saying I most likely needed one, but you couldn't be bothered to have the part available? You expected me to bring the car back (which would require taking yet another day off work) to complete service. On top of that, you were rude and condescending AGAIN. I had promised myself two years ago that I'd never return to you for service or to purchase a new car, but tried to give you another chance. I will never give you another. When talking to friends about your lack of professionalism and ability to keep service appointments and perform needed service, they concurred that your dealership is substandard.

Had never used the service center before as I had just purchased my vehicle several months ago. They gave me the keys and said your car is in the back. I asked where is the back? Walked the whole back lot and had to come back in to ask for help to find my vehicle. When I had my Ford they always brought my vehicle up front to me. I was not impressed with my experience.

What a great experience "again"! This is the second truck I have purchased at Fender GMC and they definitely have my business, always. Dale was great, professional and very helpful from start to finish. Rusty Fender is great too and such a nice and helpful guy. Thanks guys, I really appreciate all the hard work and excellent customer service you both gave to me and my family!!

I was halfway into my 10 hour trip for my granddaughter's graduation when I stopped for lunch. My car started after lunch but immediately shut off. I was barely able to get it to this dealer for a repair. Thankfully, they had both the parts that were needed and they understood my dilemma. The service advisor spoke with the lead mechanic and they agreed they could repair my car that day. 2 hours later I was back on the road. I can't thank them enough! Best car service I have ever received!!

Brought my vehicle in due to engine light and other lights on and rough riding, lights were cleared and I was told they couldn’t find anything wrong with the vehicle. Picked up vehicle, as soon as Indeive off, vehicle began to malfunction again. Went back to dealer and was told it was my fuel injectors, also told to leave vehicle but no loaner is available. Went back to check on vehicle and was told the maintenance tech was sick and couldn’t get to my vehicle and I should maybe try another dealership. I ended up removing my vehicle and took it to Prince Chevrolet. My vehicle has been repaired and all issues dealing with Jeff Fender have been reported to GM!

We were treated like customers, not like a means to an end . The guy in the service dept was great. He kept me updated and my vehicle was ready when he said it would be. We have been very pleased with Jeff Fender. We were treated better there than any other dealership in Tifton.

Great experience! I bought my last vehicle from here. I wish Anderson GMC in Douglas had half the respect you do. That place in Douglas treated me horribly today . Jeff Fender Buick thanks for great customer service!

I've purchased many cars from many different dealerships over the years and I've never had an experience as pleasant as with Ansley Fender at Jeff Fender Buick GMC in Tifton, Ga. She was so helpful, explained everything about my new enclave with me, worked with me to help me get a fair deal, and exceeded to remind me that I could call, text, or email them at any time for anything. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was personable and kind. I would recommend them any day to every one. Not to mention this is my third Buick and they are such reliable and nice vehicles. Thank you Ansley and everyone else for your assistance and kindness. Great service does not go not noticed, especially these days when it's more of a rarity to find.

I wish I had bought my car here. It's in town, they had the exact SUV that I drove 2 hours away to buy. I never knew this car place was here. I've just lived here for about 3 years but really don't get out and drive around to see my new town. The guy that walked out was very kind, helpful knowing I bought same car some place else. I will remember it now. Due to that gentleman kindness!!. Car salesman should be kind to everyone. But often single women like myself walk in and we just want the truthDon't go and hide in your office and add thousands more dollars to my account loan.Jeff fender, I will be back because of that man's kindness.
