Oscar came back to the shop about 7:15pm and replaced a bad valve stem. Oscar was SUPER friendly and talkative and had a great attitude the whole time. He was able to handle our TPMS system with no problem. Highly recommend!

This man n tifton a whole scam I came from fl he saw my tag and charged me 20 dollars to plug my tire look at it not even one minute before I get back on the highway wen I asked him to check my tire to see if I needed a tire or can it be plugged

The employee was very responsive and kind. He called me back within 2 mins and told me he would be on his way to help. Fortunately, GA roadside was able to get to me and help put my spare on. Even though he didn’t help me, he did follow up and made sure I was able to get on the road safely. I would recommend this type of customer service to all friends and family.

I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for the wonderful service Oscar provided. My family and I were on a road trip from FL with 4 more hours to go when 30 minutes south of Tifton at 6:30p on a Saturday night our truck began to vibrate seriously. A tire had developed a bulge. Unfortunately we had 10 spline locking lug nuts and no key. We called every tire store, parts store and 24hr emergency service from Valdosta to Tifton with no luck. No one had a lug key that size and Tuesday was the earliest anyone could get it. We had an emergency tech come out and try with no luck. We had almost resigned ourselves to staying in a hotel for 4 days until our angel Oscar answered the phone and said to send him a photo of it. He didn't have the key but said he was pretty sure he could get the lugs off. We limped 20 miles or so up to his shop at 8:45pm and within an hour we were back on the road! Oscar did a wonderful job and we enjoyed his candid humor and genial personality. Thank you so much Oscar for your willingness to help and can-do attitude. You were a blessing to our family.

Ran over something south of Tifton. Was able to get to a hotel using the donut. Up the next morning, called the young man. He asked if he could finish his breakfast with his family and meet me at the store. He did, and, though did not have my size in a new tire, he fixed me up with a used one ti get me on my way. Sunday morning, no one else would have taken card of me as well as he did. This kind of service is rare today. I am more than satisfied and pleased. Great staff!!!

Called this gentleman at 10:50 PM stuck on the side of the road due to hitting a rogue tire on the interstate. Insurances roadside assistance was 2 hours out for almost $200. He called back at 10:58 PM stating he would be here to assist us in 25-30 minutes, got here at 11:15, almost half the time! Reasonably priced for the extremely fast response time! Me & my fiancé were terrified having our 9 & 4 year old on the side of an extremely busy highway for 2 hours & he came to our rescue. I cannot thank this hero enough! Highly recommend if unfortunately needed in emergent situations. Amazing we spend this much $ in insurance & it's these amazing men who were the TRUE HEROES!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

We got rubber wrapped all in our tire from tire shred on the highway. Road trip from Atlanta to Miami. He came out on a Friday night at 8PM and got it all unraveled and saved our night. Thankful we found him.
