Great customer service! Maps will get you lost! Mediacom return/ bill pay in the Food Lion shopping center. There are also three other addresses that come up when looking for directions. This is bill pay and return hardware.

Service was good but didn't give me time to pay my bill they came at the equipment far as I care I will not be using them ever again they have lost me a a customer.

Nick Wilson jumped right on an issue I had with scrambling on my cable. He had his guys out at 5 in the morning to fix this issue. And gave me his number for future issues. He is a man that sees that issues are resolved. Thank you so much Nick and crew.
