“So far, I was only in there for about 30 minutes and the only reason why I took that long was because of me because I didn’t have everything together, but I would like to say that both of the workers that were there today were excellent. I was able to get the phone I wanted.Also great customer service for both. My sales manager was Uelo De Paz, he was very mature , respectful including the other sales representative (I’m sorry i wish I would’ve gotten his name as well). He even continued to ask if I needed additional help because I wasn’t leaving the counter, and he just wanted to make sure I was okay with my phone. 10/10 love. Also I did not receive a survey text to my phone I would like to do that as well please and thank you! ❤️”

There were multiple customers in the store and even though he was working solo he truly defined multitasking, repeatedly thanked all the customers for their patience, and smiled throughout the whole process. He truly deserves recognition for his hard work and excellent customer service whether that's by employee of the month, a raise, or being sponsored by the company!
