“I had an issue with a package of mine being delivered to the wrong address and was having a hard time tracking it down, even after being on the phone with the USPS 800 number off and on, for over an hour. I finally went to the post office and Tiffany was the one who helped me. They were very busy, but she didn't seem rushed or annoyed about having to go to the back and make a few phone calls. She was able to track it down and it's going to be delivered today. She was so kind and patient with me. Thanks Tiffany!!!”
