If I could give zero stars, I would. the employees will talk over you and not let you speak incredibly rude and unprofessional. They also don’t do 90 day refills even if the doctor sends it in; Just trying to make more money.

Being from Florida, I'm fairly familiar with Publix, and Meth. This Publix was pretty nice at the north end of a large plaza. We stopped in after an awesome local meal! I was with a group and we stopped in for some hotel supplies, but happened to be there the week of the hurricane, so water (our main need) was scarce. We did manage to get some bigger bottles which was nice. I didn't really shop for much else, but it's a nice store, with self-checkouts and regular checkouts, and everything a Publix has!

So, I thought it was just an issue since covid that most everyone who works here is rude. After looking through the other reviews I discovered it's an ongoing issue with this pharmacy. I've only encountered this type of rudeness at one other place and I've never been back. With Publix, I've given them many chances over the last 2.5 years. They are always behind schedule and angry about it. Calling to check if something is ready is a joke. If they answer, they are mad about you calling and are rude to you. They never make eye contact from the pharmacy lest you ask them a question. It doesn't matter what kind off med you need and have been prescribed, it's an issue. The pharmacist personally will outright deny you your medicine. Had an organ removed or back surgery? Don't bring a prescription here, they don't believe in it. Need an anti depressant or an antibiotic? Don't bring a prescription here, they don't believe in it. They lie about available stock as well. And they can legally deny you getting your prescription filled based solely on their own beliefs. Reporting their behavior does nothing. As you can see, not one of the bad reviews have been responded to. They don't care, you are just a dollar in their wallet, not a person. Go to a local pharmacy where you will be treated with respect as a human and not a dollar.

Cynthia is in desperate need of patient care training and customer service training. I called to let them know my prescription was coming over from my Dr. It was 7:43 pm. More than an hour before they close. I was told there was no way it would be done tonight that they still had prescriptions from 4:00pm they were filling. I advised ok. Can they please just fill my blood pressure medication, because I am going out of town and need that one. I can pick the rest up when I get back in town. She told me no. Then told me that pharmacists can refuse to fill whatever medications they wanted to just because she didn't want to do it tonight. When I laughed because I thought it was a joke. She told me to look it up. I said this is ridiculous and said I will call the Store Manager she said he is not the boss of me and I am the pharmacy manager. This is absolutely absurd. I switched to the Publix in Valdosta since I work there because previously this one told me it would be 3 or 4 hours before my prescription would be ready. The one in Valdosta had it ready in the time that it took me to drive from Tifton to Valdosta. I do not understand how such sub par performance is ok. If Cynthia is the manager she needs to be replaced with someone with time management, patient care, and customer service skills.

Wait times are grosly inaccurate. Even after waiting they do not alert you when your script is ready. Staff are unprofessional. Staff outright lie to your face and walk away when you are asking for clarification. Zero stars.

The pharmacy workers here suck. When you walk up to get helped they don't greet or acknowledge you. I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone would even look at me. In the middle of the day!!!

Waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes only to be told that my prescription wouldn’t be ready for another hour. I came back an hour and a half later (30 minutes after they told me it would be ready just in case) and waited in line inside for 15 minutes only to be told again that it would not be ready for at least another 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be moving my choice of pharmacy elsewhere.

Be careful when they pack your groceries as they do forget to pack items, you will go home and will be missing items, call back and noone seems to be able to help, they bumped my call to 3 employees and each one responded " Let me see what I can do" then transferred my call and I had to explain myself 4 times, finally I went to Instacart and reorder tomatoes from Publix so I am able to prepared my planned meals on the weekend with my family. We have no other choice. I Spent another $40.00 , planning and cooking is my number one priority, it is my primary full time job so you can imagine how I feel missing one important ingredient because an employee missed to pack it for us.
