I have been waiting all day for my refrigerator. It now 6:07 p.m. they are close. So I don't know if I'm getting a refrigerator tonight or I have to wait until Monday. They keep on telling me they are behind. But I bet if I'm behind my payments they will make a way here. This don't make no sense I spend my whole day waiting on them . No one never told me they was running behind I had to reach out to them.

My bed was supposed to be delivered today, called the store several times the supervisor finally answered and text me off her number and gave me the number for the man who was delivering it . Explained that there drivers wasn’t in today and that it was jus them two and that he jus left so he should be coming to deliver my bed . I texted him and asked him to contact me when he was on the way to my house because I had someone there waiting all day for them to deliver and tell them how I wanted the bed to be positioned and they had to leave . He texted back okay . An hour goes by and I texted the supervisor and asked what time did they stop doing deliveries? She replied did I get in contact with the driver and I told her I did he said he would contact me and never did after that . She said that he loaded a “massive” load 40 mins ago and to call and text him . I asked her to give him a call because he was not responding to my text . Now I am blocked my calls are not going through for the supervisor and the driver is not answering my calls either. Don’t know why I chose this company . And for them to be under “new management “ they are surely doing a awful job. I feel like as I should of received a call when they knew they wasn’t going to be able to bring my bed in the time they said they were or a call that I needed to reschedule instead of being lied to !

I wanted a gaming birthday party for my son, so I called Rent-A-Center to secure two or three large-screen televisions. The sales associate, “India,” was accommodating and professional. At first, they could not deliver the equipment as soon as I needed it, but after a little delivery investigation, India was able to make it happen. I am not someone who rents furniture or electronics very often, but if the need ever arises, I know the one place I’ll always call. Thanks you RAC, Tifton Ga

I don't understand how this place is still even open. Horrible customer service. I have never experienced were a business allows the staff to blatantly talk rude, down grade, and hang up on customers. This is not providing great customer service or making a customer feel valued. Word of mouth goes a long way when it comes to business and the people whom you place in these key roles will make or break a business. There are no words for the manger of this location. He will run all your customers away and will hinder you from gaining new customers. Instead of applying the same comment to these reviews try looking into the complaints of your customers and follow through with a plan that will rectify the situation. Maybe these customers need to start reporting this branch to the better business beau then maybe something will be done.

Bought a Washer and Dryer and the old management was helpful. I have talked to Coby on several occasions,and have been treated like I am trying to get off with merchandise without paying. I have never missed one payment with my washer and dryer, I was interested in a electric bike. I only get paid once a month,so I didn't have anything to put down. I don't like my name smered,so I would never not pay a bill for something I need or want .

Rented a washer and dryer from Tiftons Rent A Center. Waited all day for them to bring it. After wasting our day we called them and they said there was another paper to sign. News to us. Had no idea about a paper. We signed every thing in store. DON'T USE RENT A CENT.
