I have been going to Luxury Nail & Spa for several years. When I moved to Tifton I tried other places because they were a little pricy, but I keep coming back here. Ken is outstanding. I ask for him now. I have never gotten an infection of any type. My nails are done the way I request.

The people are so racist! I walked in to get my nails done but I had to wait 1hour and 30 minutes for my actual services mean while these white people walk in and get their nails done less than a 20 minute wait. I told them about it and they said it was fair.... This place will never be getting my money ever again!!!

Price is way overpriced for gel nails. I spent over 120$ just to get gel polish. Would not come here again.

. this was literally the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The acetone is reused from client to client. . The nail technician spent the first 10 minutes of the appointment watching TV on his phone while my fingers soaked in the putrid reused acetone. I was given maybe a handful of colors to choose from which is the least I have ever been shown at any salon. I'm was getting sns . When I have my nails done in my hometown there is a base coat of powder at least two coats of the colored powder and then a topcoat of dipping powder. There was no topcoat used here and the nail are very thinly coated. I was never asked how I wanted my nails shaped and so they look like I chewed them off. The entire process start to finish was less than 30 minutes and typically I have never had my nails done in less than an hour. It was done quick and poorly with zero attention to detail. The nail technician was extremely rough and trying to hurry and was making all of my fingers burn with the tools. The entire experience was extremely unpleasant and I am shocked that they have a clientele. I have been getting SNS for years every two weeks I get them done and typically at my regular salon but I was here in town with time to burn and deeply regret that I wasted $50 at this store

I've had positive experiences here. I have gone to this Salon for many years and have yet to have a complaint. The employees definitely have their 'favorites' and they will book you in if you tip decently (20% or more) and treat them like a human beings. The prices are a bit high considering what they offer but the best lady they have for waxing by far is Angie. Ask for her! She is very polite and gets the job done right! The pedicures are a bit overkill to me, they make you pay a lot for so little, but they are polite and cordial. The SNS nails is what they are known for. If you want good service pay attention to who is doing what. They have good employees who specialize in SNS, acrylics and pedicures. You just need to ask and see who they have avaliable.

So, from my experience today this isn't a budget friendly place. As in the guy who did my nails didn't seem happy that I wasn't willing to spend $30 or more on my nails when I just wanted to have my nails cleaned up. He was not friendly and the job that was done was sorely lacking. I know, I know, I know, you get what you pay for. I guess I was hoping for more though.

I spent $140 on 10/27/2021 at the salon. I decided I did not like the nail color the technician picked for me. The salon's brochures says clearly, "if you are not satisfied they will re-preform the service within 3 days". I went back less then 24 hours later and wanted the color change. They said it would cost $25. I walked out. False advertising. You just lost a customer that would have spent over $250 a month over a color change. BAD BUSINESS!

Haven't been in Tifton for several years overnight. Stopped in to get a pedicure/manicure and wasn't disappointed. The salon is very busy & was seen right away. Got cute 4th of July designs and like the last visit, the salon was still beautiful on the inside.

Worst place ever, it was a good while back about a year ago went their to get Marble nails and they said they can't do it okay that's fine I'll do a flower des instead. While I was getting my nails done the guy was filing my nail was also using that same file to scratch his neck with it and to proceed to so my nails and a girl went to do my deign and it was ugly. I'm glad I never go their again not worth 50 dollars.

Went in and was told a 15 minute wait for the two of us so we sat around for 45+ minutes waiting for a manicure and pedicure while 8 other WALK-INS (not appointments) came in after we did and they were sat in both manicure and pedicure chairs and waited on. (Keep in mind there was a group of two and a group of three who walked in after us) The lady at the front desk repeatedly looked at us and kept going to people who came in after we did and sitting them in front of workers as well as offering drinks. We eventually got sat in two chairs and told to pick out our nail colors just for a worker to come up and take our nail color sheets to give to a woman who had just walked into the door after we were seated. Wasted over an hour of our time and by the time we left and made it to another salon they were closed. They do not prioritize! They pick who they want to work on. Poor customer service. Will not go back.

I walk in and get checked in the lady takes me back very nice! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and gave me trash! She put in the effort but it was so far from what I wanted. I wasn't satisfied at all with my experience!!!!!! If you can't do the design I show you then tell me I'm not going to be mad. But still making me pay (knowing there bad) and not even offering to redo it is ridiculous!! They have completely lost my service!

This salon will treat you like garbage based on skin color! This salon has racist people working here who talk crap on customers. They like to call the cops also so watch out!!! Save your money and go elsewhere unless you want to experience a pointless cop being called and get a free comedy show that features you as an innocent customer with racist Asians who can't print a receipt
