“I went to the store number 6168 today to have an exceptionally odd item packaged tvand shipped. Brittney helped me and she was exceptional. She was kind, very knowledgeable and excellent at what she does. She is absolutely an asset to UPS. My comparison was having gone to the Douglas UPS store, and I will never go there again. So hats off to the UPS store in Tifton! Thank you for everything.”

“Everything cool! Arrive, go directly to the scale on the right side (Sign Inbound), stand on it so that it can take your weight and go down to the window. -#PU -Name of your company -Truck# -Trailer # and Plates -Your name They will give you the papers and the stamp and a sheet with a map so you can go to the loading area. All the staff is friendly, they clean your box right here. When you arrive, you have to park on the sidewalk on the right side and go down with your papers to ask for a ramp (there are only 2). Once loaded, you stand on the tracks and they will put the seal on you. (BE CAREFUL YOU MUST BRING 2 BANDS)”

“At the Staples here in Tifton, Georgia, I had absolutely no idea how to use the copy and fax machine, and honestly, I was about ready to give up (or accidentally break it!) when a employee named Mr. Earl came to my rescue. He stepped right in, patiently walked me through every step, and stayed with me until everything was done perfectly. That kind of service is rare these days-most people don't take the time to genuinely help customers like that anymore.Mr. Earl truly went above and beyond, and I can't thank him enough for his kindness, patience, and professionalism. He definitely deserves Employee of the Month!”

“They can only take so many packages at the time. Theyhave a tiny closet that apparently fills up rather quickly I came three times so far and have not been able to send a little shoe box. Be aware FEDEX. The attendant was very negative and rude. This is a terrible representation of you at this location. Thanks!”
