I was on a time limit. I only had one hour that I could spend. The lady at the counter says she has someone ahead of me and it would be 25 minutes. An hour later I left without ever having been given an update or being helped by anyone else. If the lady would have told me that 5o begin with I would have been OK because I could have found someone else. Instead I wasted what little time I had. ?♂️

My grandson's mother took him to get his hair cut arrived at 10:15 a.m. appoint was at 10:30a.m. The stylist told her that she was with a customer and the next stylist would be in at 11:00-11:30 that was fine. She came cut his hair in less than 15 minutes, she said that will be 22 dollars his mother asked about the price since he was only 11 yrs old. She told her that the prices had changed in Jan., 10 and under 17.00 over 10 yrs old are adult cuts at $22 per cut. The stylist then told her what's the difference it's the same work. I called and asked to speak with the manager, the manager "Rachel" was the stylist that cut his hair. Once I started telling her about the difference in the price from one day to another. My son had his 12 yr old's hair cut on Friday for the $17. She developed an attitude, told me she had nothing to do with the prices "If you have a problem with them, you can call corporate. THANK YOU HAVE A NICE DAY," and hung up. She must have left her customer service skills at home that morning. Not satisfied with the service received on Saturday 10/01/2022 from Rachel that said she was the salon manager.

Excellent care with Renee. Its ashame that every time they put in a order to restock there products, they hardly receive anything. For some reason they are treated like a step child from upper management.

Booked online on Saturday for a Sunday haircut. Got a cancelation email 45 minutes before appointment. Called to inquire why. Lady who answered was rude and ignorant of the online appointment system and told me that "it is impossible to book an appointment 24 hours in advance. " Maybe it would behoove the owners to correctly train workers on how to sync the online appointments with their other calendars. Or have the online calendar to sync with the store calendar as this seems to be an ongoing issue but no need to be rude to potential customers.
