Seriously considering moving the account we have there due to horrible customer service and inconvenient hours. Also, you speak to one CS agent and you get one answer and another one tells you something completely different. All they do is route you to a call center anyway. There is no such thing as customer service any longer and banking is a prime example. It has been steadily going downhill for First Community for years. They certainly are not a "hometown" bank and have not been for years. Evidently they don't really care about their customers and their business. The customer service agents constantly talk over their customers instead of LISTENING and finding out what the customer needs.
