My service advisor was not informative about the status of my vehicle. He left and went to lunch without making sure I was aware and left me waiting for an hour after my vehicle was finished. Then I had to ask another advisor for my status and he did not bring me my vehicle nor did they clean out the the plastic that was put in my vehicle. I had to go to the back of the parking lot to find my vehicle. I will not recommend Tennson Nissan to anyone for service or anything.

It wasn’t anything with service department! It was great as always.Was going to buy an SUV.. our salesman was great.. Issac Clemons.The finance manager agreed to price we offered on Murano. Said going get cleaned up for us. Few minutes came back and said they misunderstood our offer. Wanted 3 thousand more dollars! This is no way to do business! They knew what we offered! You couldn’t misunderstand thus! We were going to pay cash! Obviously you didn’t want our business. We bought new car in March and paid cash. But no worries, another dealer was excited to get our business!

Everyone that I worked with, from the advisor to the technician, was extremely helpful. I was using a warranty for the first time and they were helping me through the process. Veronica also communicated with me regularly and asked a lot of questions to insure they replicated the issue I was having. The technician was also very helpful in showing me what was wrong and giving some tips to avoid causing issues with my Frontier.

Scheduled an oil change and a recall fix almost 2 weeks ago. Recall fix wasn’t available on the day of the appointment after scheduling it way ahead of time and my mother had to take my car for me since I’m overseas. She was told she needed the tires balanced and rotated but wasn’t told she would have to pay for that out of pocket and thought it was covered under the service agreement . This was misleading to say the least and she was told the special manager for recalls servicing wasn’t there so she’d have to make another trip after I called specifically to make sure it could all be done on the same day and was never contacted that this couldn’t be done. I’ve always had great service at the other visits but am very disappointed that all of this happened and my car still isn’t up to par without a recall as I know this is a safety hazard and my mother is having to drive my car this way and spent money she didn’t expect to due to the lack of communication; not to mention the extra gas to drive another hour down there and back home to get the recall fixed on another day…

My car was in the shop, so i came here to rent a vehicle and the girls here treated me so kindly. They helped me out when i was in need, i was very grateful for them. i was also very thankful for Matt Delashmit, i was having a hard time getting my car back and he did everything he could to help me out and for that i am so grateful for. When i am ready to trade in my Camry i know who to come too! y’all have such a wonderful and kind and welcoming staff, thank you for taking y’all’s time to help me!

Called and asked to speak to a salesman. We were looking for a new Pathfinder for me and they had the one I wanted. Whoever answered took my name, number, and assured me someone would call back in about an hour. That was 5 days ago. Others have said similar. Definitely will be taking our business elsewhere.

This place is the biggest rip off I ever seen. They didn’t check the car and stated they had done just that. We have been complaining about these lights and email since we had the car. They wanted to charge 149.00 for diagnostics. We don’t mind but we haven’t had the car a good 5 months and it’s been doing this since we had it. I have emailed texted and all. Be careful.

After 10 yrs of owning a Nissan Frontier and with 174,000 miles on it. I had several friends tell me it was time to trade in, so I reached out to my good friend Jeremy Howard and told him what I was looking at. Came in last Saturday, already knowing what my trade in value was gonna be, didn't felt pressured as I was already prepared to make the trade and purchase a brand new truck. Trust me, Jeremy will not blow stem up your rear end. He will deal with you straight and listen to your needs.

Brian in the service department helped me tremendously with my service recently. He went above and beyond to help me when my new Rogue's Apple Car Play would not work. Also, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. To say the least, he was very knowledgeable and helped me more than anyone else has in the service department in quite a long time. He will be my service person from now on! Thank you so much Brian!

Jarrod, my sales person was wonderful. He made the whole buying process a breeze. He answered all my questions. My new 2022 Nissan Rogue was nicely equipped. I was a tad disappointed when I got home and realized that it was not equipped with fog lights which the website said it had. This by no means was the sales persons fault. I should have checked. I would highly recommend this dealership. It was worth the hour drive.

When we arrived we did not have an appointment but was met by our now salesman Keith Merrill. I told him the vehicles I had found online and he brought the ones still on the lot that were not sold for us to test drive. Very accommodating and very very helpful!!! We will use only Keith now and Tenneson. Sales manager was top notch as well as the Finance manager. Made our purchasing stress free. Will refer our family and friends to Tenneson Nissan.

Next time your manager wants to call me a reject for trying to better myself let me get it on video. Sure hope nissan likes what management thinks of their employees. My family has brought 4 cars from this dealership. Never again.
