“These people are the best. I had a guest in our office (an elderly couple in their late 80's) who had a flat in our parking lot. I tried to air up their tire with my portable compressor only to see there was a faster leak from the nail in the tire than the air going in. I called Tifton General Tire and even though they didn't have the service truck, they sent someone over and fixed the tire for this couple who live in a neighboring town.
Y'all are a blessing. You should get your tires from these people.”

“I ordered 2 lawnmower tires online. When they came in, I went around to Rudy's bc of past experience with him. He's always friendly and gives you a better deal than other local tire centers. They unloaded the tires from the back of my truck and had both tires installed within 10 minutes. I saw one review claiming Rudy was trying to charge him $60 for a valve stem. But the picture of the receipt says $6.00. $60 for a valve stem? Get real.”

“The exceptional characteristics of the service department puts this establishment second to none. I’m happy to drive over 3 hours to utilize this service department as I know I will be met with nothing but honest and hard working members of a solid team. I can’t speak on the sales however, if a member of the service gave me their word, I wouldn’t question it. As a female it’s quite difficult to know who you can and can’t trust when it comes to the car world so I highly recommend saving your time, and money by taking your business; to this business! I spoke with tech Chase Hill personally and I was consistently reassured and provided copious amounts of valuable information saving me a lot of headaches in the future. I can’t stress enough how thankful I am for a good, honest department that truly does go above and beyond or their customers. The humble responses he gave regarding his fellow employees and leadership made it all the more pleasant. Feels good to be back behind the wheel again and thankful to have a safe and reliable truck again. My 7 year old got upset our “new friends” didn’t get invited to Asahi with the grandparents. I think she hit the nail on the head because they take care of you far more than any generic establishment would. To sum it up, this business doesn’t treat you like a number, money pit, or ATM. They treat complete strangers like life long friends or family. That kind of service you can’t put a price tag on and thankfully, they don’t either!”
“Great place to get your tire fixed or replaced with a used or new tire. Pretty good about getting you in and out. They also do other services as well like brake repair, front end repair and alignment and other services also. Will half to call to see what all they offer. Great people that own it and good have experienced employees.”

“I can't say enough about how great the folks at Grimes Auto Service are. As we were heading to Daytona Beach for our annual family vacation, my truck broke down. We were 2 1/2 hours from home and 4 hours from the beach. We made it to Grimes and those guys worked on my truck for 3 1/2 hours and got us back on the road again. I was thinking my bill would be $600 minimum but it wasn't even half that. I couldn't have got it repaired at home for what they charged me. Those guys were a Godsend and made me realize that there are some really good people left in this world. God bless their shop and everyone in it.”
