“I have never been disappointed by the care my pets have received at Branch’s. From the time you enter the front door to the time you walk out, everyone is friendly and caring. Dr Kelly Aldridge always answers my questions and listens to any concerns. I highly recommend Branch’s for the care of any pet. River and Treasure had sweet dreams after their visit on Thursday.”

“I’ve taken my dog to Quailwood for years for vaccinations and routine care, and the staff has always been so friendly and caring. Unfortunately, I’ve had repeated issues with grooming services. My dog can be anxious for nail trims, and despite medication that I give him, I was often called and told they couldn’t complete the service. I eventually found a mobile groomer who trims and grinds his nails without issue. Most recently, I scheduled a bath for my dog (he’s short haired boxer mix) and received another call saying they couldn’t do it because he was too anxious. Sedation was again recommended. I now bathe him myself at a self-wash station with no problems. I’ll continue using Quailwood for veterinary care, but for grooming services I’ll be going elsewhere. It’s frustrating to drop my dog off at 8AM and later find out nothing could be done.”
