Always a problem with fillings a person prescription. Pharmacist are not transparent in what is happening with a customers medicine. Supervisor condones his employees behavior, and then decides which prescription they will feel and not. Those same prescription are filled happy at Publix now.

I've been trying to call my local Walmart in Tifton Ga for over 30 minutes. No one will answer the phone, except the pharmacy department. And then when the associate in pharmacy transferred my call, again no one answered. I called again and pressed zero and it rang for 5 minutes straight. Finally someone answered and transferred by call.....again...no one answered. It finally hung up on me. So I've called a total of 7 times and still have not talked to the correct department. Additionally, the reason I was calling is that I've had photos ordered since Oct 29. The website says the order was sent to the Tifton store on Nov 6. It's now Nov 22 and they still haven't processed my photos. This is horrible customer service.

I wouldn’t even give this pharmacy a one if I could! I have never had such a disturbing experience at any pharmacy ever! Was in line to get some medicine and I was asked who’s next. Went up and asked for the medicine and the employee asked a few questions then said stand over there and let me help someone else!!! I will spread by word of mouth or any other way possible to let everyone know how rude and unprofessional their staff was to me. Will not recommend this place for anyone.

We recently placed an order for pickup, which is the best feature of Walmart. However, not until we arrived home did we realize we were given damaged cans. I thought I lucked out when the app said I could mark items damaged for a refund, however, I was forced to return them to customer service inside the store. Since I placed the order in the app for pickup, I would expect to be able to return the item the same way. The whole point of the pickup service is to eliminate the need of going inside the store. Returning the damaged items took over 30 minutes, which I should not have needed to do. I love the pickup service, but will definitely inspect every single item before the person walks away knowing they do not take the time to pick out quality items before placing them in my car. Walmart really should change their return policy for pickup orders.

Pharmacist (Jason S) profiling/descriminating against patient that needed his cancer medication. It's obvious that he needs it It should not be up to pharmacist on how many pills you are to receive, it's the prescriber (dr) 's decision. I also forwarded complaint to cooperate.

Free over night trucks and RV friendly. Open 24 hours. We of course bought a few groceries to say thank you.
