Absolutely THE BEST customer service in all of Ga/SC ! The GO-TO in all floral services! No wonder my family always goes through Alexander's. I can order online, or over the phone with a real person! He is always -Very professional, very friendly, quick to respond, can do any requests, even SameDay, in beautiful, full arrangements. With most other florists, you really never know what you're sending, especially living out of town (Texas), -wondering, is it worth what you're paying for? With Alexander's, I can always trust that I will be sending a great arrangement to my family that I can be proud of. Thank you! Merry Christmas!

boyfriend ordered flowers for same day delivery. They were delivered despite the business being busy and working after hours. Flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged. Thank you!

Everyone is super nice and helpful. I told what price range I wanted and what flower's I wanted he did a great job. If you need flowers it is definitely the place to go.

I lost track of time living in California with the time difference from GA . The Toccoa store lady who answered the phone was so nice. She said we would try to get the flowers today, but they are really busy. I honestly believe she ask someone to drop them off on their way home. My momma was shocks and in tears about how beautiful the flowers were. She turn 83. Thank you so Much.

I ordered a sympathy bouquet for a friend who lost her son. I live out of state so I placed my order on the website. The confirmation I received in my email states both the order date and delivery date (to the funeral home) of June 4th. On June 6th (two days after my order and 1 day post-funeral) I received a voicemail from Alexander’s saying that the order had “just come over the computer” and did I want the flowers sent to their home since the services had been held on the 5th. I was very disappointed. This was not a birthday or anniversary-they’d dropped ball on this delivery for this incredibly difficult event. I called back to give instructions about what to do on June 16th and stated that I would like them delivered to the house with a discount or wanted to receive a full refund. 5 days later I have not received any response and the charge is still on my account.

Even though I live in south Carolina now I will drive to toccoa to get flowers for my loved ones. My family has used Alexander's for many many years. The folks there are so sweet and amazing! They make the most beautiful arrangements!

On November 30th 2021 I placed an online order to have flowers delivered. I received order and payment confirmation via email and flowers were delivered. Today, January 20, 2022, I received a voicemail from Mark accusing me of not paying, that he's sitting there looking at the order and needs to get paid or else he's going to call the recipient(s) to collect the money. I value small business and am a strong advocate of shopping locally and understand the economic climate we are in and every penny counts, but I absolutely will not tolerate being treated like I'm trying to get something for free, especially when I have a receipt that says otherwise. And why in the world reach out to me almost 2 months later??? I called back and Mark was on another line and the payment issue was resolved but I have no interest in being a repeat customer...especially if you're going to threaten to harass gift recipients with your collection attempts because you weren't on top of your own books to begin with.

My daughter had scheduled a wedding in Toccoa. I had several emails with "Harold". He was very knowledgeable, but really needs to get with modern times. On 2 occasions he emailed back the entire message in all caps. I don't know if he realized that he was shouting, so I overlooked it. I later asked he to do a small mock up the table arrangement. He sent another all caps email back explaining that in his 50+ years he has never been asked to do so, and that I should look elsewhere. I apologize and asked for a contract to proceed. He has completely ignored my email and will not reply. He really needs to be more adaptable and learn that reviews matter, but judging from my contact with him he probably won't even know the internet has the ability to post comments. Good luck in the next 50+.
