I had such a great experience upgrading my phone today. Monica and Lindsey were amazing and so much help. I will definitely continue to use AT&T. They made my time in the store such a great experience !

Monica was great. So was Lindsey. I called ahead told them of my dilemma and they told me to go ahead and head on in. They had to stay a little over closing time to help me out. We chatted while getting everything completed. They were awesome.

Monica and Lindsey were so helpful and kind and patient with us. We traveled 40 minutes to get to the store because it’s the closest one to us and they were both understanding and able to get us taken care of. So grateful for both these ladies we will definitely be going back for all our AT&T needs.
