We had a fabulous experience with Lindsey today helping trade my phone in after I ran over it with a forklift at work!She really made my entire procedure easy and painless, getting my new phone and accessories all set up and ready to use!

The staff there are so helpful, i came in not really knowing what i wanted or was doing a lady named cayla helped me. I never felt like i was under pressure or getting on her nerves she was great. Will definitely be back

I went into the AT&T store in Toccoa today to buy a charger, and was assisted by a super cheery employee named Kat. I asked about another problem I was having, and she helped me with that and helped me sign up for the protection plan since it’s open enrollment. Thanks for having my back Kat!
