My daughters LOVE attending summer camp at Camp Fire Georgia in Toccoa. They come home every year with tons of stories, friends, and new skills. It's a simple, classic summer camp that truly lets your child go back to the days before kids were surrounded by smartphones and screentime.

Was our first sleepaway camp experience for our son and delivered on everything- immersion in nature, community, choice of activities and fostering independence. From his stories, truly feels like he went back in time to before screens were in everyone's face all day long. So happy he had this expereince and will be back next year.

The staff i met was wonderful. Chuck, the director, is a friendly, relaxed guy, and his assistant was nice conversation as well. I love the grounds there and nice camp cabins

I would not be who I am today without Camp Toccoa. After many years as a camper, counselor, and (quite joyfully) parent of a day camper, I can't say enough about the magic of this place and the people who call it home. Camp Toccoa was pivotal in my growth and self-discovery. I found both my spark and my people there and have had opportunities to nurture both that spark and beautiful relationships over the years. My son isn't ready for resident camp yet, but had a blast at day camp. As a parent, I felt security in knowing that he was in good hands and experiencing magic of his own.

A great camp for your kids to learn how to socialize with others in an outdoor setting. Campfire Georgia has been doing it right for 100 years. Happy Birthday to Campfire Georgia!

Enough cannot be said for this special place.
As a camper and a counselor, Camp Fire Georgia has been such a big part of my life for so long, and it has shaped who I am as a person. I attribute a lot of my personal growth and accomplishments to my time spent here as a young girl. There's just no place like it, it's simply magic.

Best camp there is!!!!!! If its being an over night camper or just a day camper this is the absolute best camp around in North GA. The counslers are the best you could have or want and couldnt ask for any better. They make the experience unforgettable for any kid and make them feel like its a home away from home. If needing a break from the kids and want them to go have a great time send them here. They will thank you and beg to send them back the following year!!!!! CAMP TOCCOA IS THE BEST!!!!! AND AN A+ FACILITY!!!!

I camped here for about 4 summers straight when I was younger. I have very fond memories. The counselors were great. I met tons of new people. Learned to swim. Went horseback riding. It was definitely a great time. I’m thankful for the experience.

Have some awesome childhood memories from here. It’s a beautiful property with tons of activities for the kids. All the camp counselors and faculty are incredible with everything. I’d recommend anyone/everyone to send their kids here!
