Gloria made me a appointment at 3pm didn't start till 6pm and then was combing my 8 year old daughter hair like she was hurting on purpose probably because I think she didn't want me to come back plus she didn't do my sons dreds good at all she was just rushing when you make a appointment you should start right away some people may have work etc I never had a bad experience like this in my life she should book her appointments accordingly its her fault for starting 3 hours late not ours!

I give them 5 stars, we,my daughter and I got there early and they took her straight in and they did her braids quick and they were awesome definitely will be bringing my daughter back.i will be recommending them to everyone

Fast, efficient, super nice and beautiful results. They never over book appointments and have you waiting. When it's your appointment time, you walk in and get right in the chair. They get you in and out and I love it ❤️

My dreads were done okay..give it a 5 out of 10. The staff is nice and the snacks they sell are handy. Not the best looking place but it's clean.

In the beginning they were great. When you spend $150-175 for hair then you should get your money worth she called what she did micro braids wasn't no where near it went back 4 days later to get the braids that fell out replaced I intentionally didn't mention where the briads came out at yet she was pulling loose braids redoing them instead of the massive hair that was clearly visible if the hair is too short then say thatServices: Twist braids
