My tv loads more than it plays programming. I have called them twice in two weeks and they have not sent anyone to handle my problem. I am really paying them for nothing! But they still take the money out of my account. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Customer service is always excellent. I rarely have any issues, but when I do, it is always handled promptly and courteously. I really appreciate y'all.
