I went to this store at 9:45 on Saturday night and noticed that there were only a couple customers in the store. I approached an employee and asked for help with grinding some coffee beans, She said, I'll be there in a minute. I waited at the coffee grinding station for about 15 minutes but she never showed up and she didn't send anyone else either. There appeared to be several staff members in the store but no assistance was given. This was my last trip to Ingles after all there are other stores here. If they can't serve the few customers they do have, they might as well as close down.
