I was nervous because this is the first time I went to this location. But they did a beautiful job. Good prices too!

A big thank you to Teresa. After doing a great job on a pedicure, I managed to smudge a nail at the drying station. I told the manager who called Teresa back and she fixed it with no complaint at all. I felt very embarrassed about what happened, but wasn't made to feel bad by the staff. This is why I drive from south city to this location!

Clean. However, not at all helpful (trying to match a color and I was on my own ) .... massage was horrible. Did not even massage my aching feet! Just a little on the lower shin....Couldn't even feel it! I kept asking her to go deeper but she never even looked at me once.... like I just didn't matter... Frowny face and not friendly. When I was done I had no help getting on my shoes. What ever happened to friendly greetings and customer service???? I Will never go back

This is the best pedicure I've ever had in St. Louis. All the workers were very polite, and they were happy to accommodate me even though I walked in 30 minutes before closing time. My technician Jessica was very professional and extremely detail oriented. I got a french pedicure with a flower design and the result was exquisite. Definitely recommend this place for great results and great customer service.

The nail tech did not do a great job on my fingernails. I got gel and my nails started looking old and peeling off after a few days. The pedicure was okay but I would not be visiting again and will not recommend to anyone else.

I got my nails done here as part of a bridal party, so it's not where I normally go. I had my nails filled 1.5 weeks before this. The tech here pulled off pieces of my fill and you can see lines and cracks in the nails! One is popping off 2 days later. You can see cracks in them and they look HORRIBLE. The tech didn't even get all of the last color off. I can't believe I wasted money on these.

Best nail salon in St Louis. Lee does a wonderful job but when he is not available I trust the rest of the team to do a great job. I can't imagine getting my nails done anywhere else.

My first time here, I went in with 5 of my friends and they were easily able to accommodate us which was nice. We did make an appointment ahead of time. The nail techs were friendly and did a good job, my gel mani was $30 which is pretty cheap in my opinion, so I was happy. However, gel manis usually last 2.5 weeks or more for me, but this one started peeling only a week later! I was really surprised because that's never happened to me that early. Then I went back to my hometown to my usual nail place and got a gel mani and it's lasted a super long time.

Typically they do a decent job on my nails, however, the customer service is so bad, every time I leave, I ask myself why I came back in the first place. The last time I came In was the final straw. I came in and requested a new full set because my acrylics were starting to lift, and they told me I didn't need a new full set, and only gave me a fill..... I guess because they didn't feel like it. so now, only a week later..... two nails have popped off while I'm on vacation. Super frustrating. Now I'll have to find the time to get my nails redone while I'm out of town and pay to have them done correctly.

While it's a little pricey compared with other salons in the area, it's well worth the money. The technicians seem to know what they're doing and I always leave satisfied with the end result. They could improve on customer service; the woman at the front desk is wonderful and very kind but sometimes the technicians come off as very short and have a tendency to interrupt you when you're speaking. I've come to love this salon - Linda is amazing and will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied with your nails. Even with the few minor complaints I have, this is the best nail salon I've been to in St. Louis.

I still love this place. They're well-staffed and do a quality job on manicures and pedicures. I read a scary article about a lady who got a severe infection from a callus shaving tool at a salon in a different state, and it put me at ease to see a sign at Beautiful Nails stating that such tools that cut skin are prohibited. I will continue to return here.

The positive: overall polish job is fine. She took time to clean up my nail bed where the gel polish had spilled over and cured there. The negative: way too busy and crowded to be a relaxing experience. No magazines or anything while you're waiting or getting pedicure. The water for my pedicure was barely warm even after I asked her to heat it up once. The nail technician's nails were dirty underneath as were those of the tech working next to her. I understand that they keep their hands in water and cleaning up nail polish all day and this might have partly been polish residue as they often use their nails to clean up spillage into nail beds but it really turned me off. They didn't turn on my massage chair during the pedicure. I didn't see prices posted anywhere in the shop (they may have been and I just didn't notice). A gel manicure and regular pedicure cost $52 The polish selection was ok but I've seen better. I picked out a gel nail polish for my manicure from samples while I was getting a pedicure. She had that polish with the same number sitting on the table when she started my manicure. I went to wash my hands and she had pulled out another color. I was pretty itchy from the lotion that they used. I noticed a couple hours after the manicure that there is a painful split under my fingernail. Whether or not this is from their technique I obviously can't say for certain. For how busy they are, the parking lot is not adequate and I had to find street parking around the corner in the neighborhood.
