Today I waited 3 hours for AAA because my car wouldn't start. As soon as they jumped my battery I headed to Toccoa Chevrolet and they quickly installed a new battery for me. I appreciate their fast efficient service and their friendly staff.

TOCCOA CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP REVIEW - - Today I called this dealership (Toccoa Chevrolet in Toccoa GA) because they have a truck that I am interested in. I requested the General/Sales manager (Mr. Jamie Roberts), yet my call was forwarded to a car salesman name Scott Cricket. I can only assume that Mr. Roberts has no regard to customer calls..... After a brief discussion with Mr. Cricket, I was advised that the General Manager is not allowing the General Motors (GM) earned benefit to GM employee, Retiree's or their Family! It seems that this dealership refuses to value the very people that keep them in business by not honoring a simple benefit to all GM Employees, Retirees and their Family! While they have every right to spit in the face of the hard workers that allows them to maintain their lavish lifestyle; REMEMBER, there are dealerships that appreciate you, your dedication and your loyalty to the GM Family! What on & Where you spend your money does matter. The moment a dealership utters the words of not selling GMS to anyone that rightfully has a right to purchase under GMS, SPEND your hard-earned money where you, and your family are truly, and honestly appreciated; I know I am! Businesses need you. You don't need them as there are thousands of other business's just like the one that treats you as you don't matter or honor an earned benefit! If you are in the market for a new vehicle you will be spending record high cost, 10's of thousands of dollars, so it just makes sense to spend your hard earned money with a company that respects the auto workers that works hard to keep them in business! And as a disclaimer: This is my opinion based on the treatment and or actions that I experienced while trying to conduct business with the above named business. It is not exaggerated or false. I do not represent any car dealership, therefore my representation toward this or any business is only brought on by the treatment, and or actions of that business, whether or not I choose to do business with them.

I called Nick parts manager he went beyond all bounds to get me keys for my parents 1986 Caprice ,making sure I was legal owner,that let me know these Kats have Real Professional protocol. What a refreshing reason to do future business.Its situations like this that makes me drive from Clayton to Toccoa.None of that sign language behind your back,see you soon Toccoa Chevy.
