Okay so the lady who works at the MetroPCS in Toccoa Georgia was strictly told not to let anyone else have any phones in my business name she's told me if they don't pay the bill it'll get it just get cut off I tried to explain to her though these phone numbers were attached to my business everything verifies through these phone numbers I made sure that I talked to her for about 15 minutes explaining him very important and was I charged not only one time for $11 but 4 days later $435 on my credit card all I can guess is is she did not take her job seriously they must have she did not do her job correctly I talked to her for quite a minute explaining how very important it was if his phone number is not be turned on for anybody but me now I had to go to a whole different carrier even to get a phone because she said all my promotions have been used anyway this is the worst Metro I've ever been to because of this woman's mistake and not doing her job right and respecting my privacy I have 20 hard hits a day on my credit card I just opened a new business I'm struggling woman entrepreneur who has survived the message abuse and is determined but you know he just absolutely allowed my abuser to go and get phones in my business name it's crazy crazy this woman should be fired she should be charged from for invading my privacy and sharing my private information and letting these other people look so hardly were not me coming by phones in my business name after she was talked to and directed to please not do that women are supposed to lift each other up not throw each other in the bus for a little extra $20 bill here or there I don't know what this world is coming to but I don't like it .this lady was wrong I'm sure that she didn't follow the policies directed to her by Metro PCS because my privacy was invaded and I don't appreciate having all this fraud now because her sharing my personal information

We brought my dad today to this location of Metro pcs and have never felt so disappointed and mislead. He is a 77 year old man with health problems and he came out to this location to try to start new service and get a new free phone, against the advice of his heart doctor due to Covid. They asked for his Id idand then informed him that his Id wasn't working so then they asked for my Id and then told me the same about mine. The lady that was trying to help us was not the problem and was doing everything she could to help but something is just very suspicious and fraudulent here! I've been with At&t for almost 20 years and so has my dad. They kept asking if we were ever Metro customers before, but neither of us has ever even been in their stores before or bought anything from them. Something very very fishy here !!!
