Ordering over the phone is a joke! Dude was so high I hung up and ordered online. If y’all are going to pay an answering service that’s trying to sell me something else between each item I order, this isn’t gonna work out for you.

They know me by name so far at the toccoa store. Service is always in a timely manner, the staff are friendly and the pizza is always fresh and hot!!!Vegetarian options: I just ask for the veggie delight bowl. They add all of the vegetable toppings and cheese, the bake like pizza only with out the bread.

My first time here. The man who helped me order my pizza was fantastic. I wish I asked his name. He should be in upper management sales somewhere because my mind was settled on a small pizza and I walked out with a large. Even though Papa John's were covered in orders that evening, he took time to make small chat with me. My pizza was really good. I ordered the vege one and traded the tomatoes with meat.

Ordered a large order. Almost the entire order was wrong. I stopped buying to talk to a manager. The young girl that claimed to be a manager to me oh well and she wouldn’t give her name then walked away. I called corporate and they said someone would contact me. It’s been weeks and no one ever had. I filled out an online survey that also said someone would contact me and I’ve never heard back from that either. Bottom line, they don’t take the time to make the food correctly, they are rude and disrespectful and don’t care about their customers!!

Too bad you have to place a star at all. The experience I endured was ridiculous placed a order for Delivery did not receive my order called whom ever answered the phone had no customer experience was rude then stated remove it from the charge states once again rudely you would contact her boss comes back with options one being they would make more an bring or a credit choose fix the problem still never received it. The food was mediocre at best an took way to long for arrival was cold. Horrible experience never will spend my hard earned money at this horrible place beware

Ordered at 4:19p online. Said order would be delivered in 34 min. Waited 1 hr 40 min and called store. They said Tanner, the delivery guy, couldn’t find our address. And we could come pick up the pizza. Told them no thanks. All Tanner needed to do was google the address and he wouldn’t have any problem finding us. ZERO STARS

This place don't deserve no stars the doors need to be shut the people working there very rude then driver pull up sit in my driveway and leave with no pizza then returns and tears my property up by driving crazy even on road laid marks on road and wanted to talk to me like a dog on my property the woman who claims she Manger very rude I called Stephen's county and made a report now I will be pressing charges for property damage this will be going to court already spoke to a lawyer I wish I could post the pics of the property damage the driver done squeeling tires in my yard note it's been raining so it peel my yard up and then left black marks in front my house sitting there spinning wheels so I will see you in court papa johns and the driver which works for papa johns and responsible for the damages as well ......
