We thought something was wrong with our battery so we brought it here. We asked them to call when they looked at it and diagnosed it. Get a call it’s ready for pick up (never called to tell us what was wrong or if we wanted it fixed). It was a battery issue we could have easily taken care of, but instead they took advantage and replaced it without our consent.
